Good location being downtown in the financial district so very quiet at night and felt very safe outside. Plenty of cafe's in close proximity as well as shopping and a great little funicular train next door for access to the amazing indoor market below which is worth a visit for all the cultural street food etc. Staff were very courteous and friendly and very helpful indeed. The room was spacious and gave us a great view of the financial district and beyond. The facilities in the room were excellent for our needs. The room was spacious and clean and the shower in the bathroom was very powerful. We took the option to include Club Access on the 17th Floor which provided a free Continental Breakfast and drinks and nibbles from 17.00 to 21.00 each evening, this was excellent and the staff here were amazing!

Great Staff especially Victor at front door very helpful, courteous and friendly along with the other stuff. The driver Robin in courtesy car was very pleasant and also provided excellent recommendations on a busy night Saturday when we were unable to get an immediate reservation. Reception Collette friendly and smiley. All the staff were awesome!

I enjoyed the free flavored water and included water bottles. I enjoyed the pool and the spa options. The location was good and generally quiet (except for a nearby concert one day during our stay, which the hotel warned us about and was done exactly on schedule).

Friendly staff throughout. It was great to have a car service to take us to the LA Union Station for when we needed to catch our train. Liked having a coffee maker in the room. Loved the breakfast and the good service. (Incidentally... it was a surprise to find the funicular railway is so close to the hotel! It's a fun thing to do for tourists!)

The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Soundproofing was excellent and we appreciated that there was a window to open. The hotel is in a wonderful location and we found enough to do on foot in addition to attending a concert at the Walt Disney Concert Hall just down the street. All of the staff we encountered were very professional and there seemed to be a great camaraderie amongst them.

Spacious enough for 2 people. Check in was very fast and informative. Room was clean and house keeping was available every day. The complimentary car service was a great feature as the hotel is not within walking distance of many things, however we were unable to utilise the car service. Breakfast buffet was also great! After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage with the staff and returned a few hours later to pick it up on the way to the airport, which was very helpful for us

It was our second time at the Omni, and at the reception desk we were warmly welcomed and everything has been done to find us the best room with a great view. The beds are perfect and you have the perfect équipement in the room (docking station to listen to music, coffee, wardrobe a bath and a shower…) the restaurant is really nice for breakfast but in the area you have so many great places that we only went once. Having a pool in downtown LA is so great. Really the OMNI offers a 5 star standing hotel for a very decent price. The hotel is perfectly located near Olveira street, hoxton rooftop , the mocca…

Check in was quick and very pleasant. Room lovely, with great view. A suggestion on breakfasts: the bacon seemed overcooked, also the potatoes…maybe ask chef about this? I like the piano lounge very much but not where the piano has been placed—-could no longer hear it. It was explained that people in the restaurant could hear it, but the restaurant was closed. Was disappointed about that. There was the little room where the piano was placed but had bright spotlights and had no atmosphere like the bar room.
